Up to $5 million in grant funding for collaborative research projects

The AEA Innovate program offers competitive grants up to $5 million, on 50:50 co-contribution basis, to Universities partnering with business, to conduct mid-stage research commercialisation activity.

Funding can be used to support building prototype and pilot systems to establish proof-of-scale.

Eligible applicants are invited to submit an expression of interest by 5:00pm AEST, Friday 29th August 2025.
