Grant funding up to $500,000 for Australian university researchers

The AEA Ignite program is offering competitive grants between $50,000 and $500,000, to researchers at Australian universities to complete basic research, laboratory testing and establish proof-of-concept in an industry-relevant environment.

The program supports projects that commence at TRL 3 to 5.

AEA Ignite is inviting eligible applicants to submit an application by 5:pm AEST Wednesday 3rd September 2025.
