Up to $3 million for Cyber Security Innovation Partnerships

The Cyber Security Skills Partnership Innovation Fund is offering grants to industry and education providers to deliver innovative projects that meet local requirements to improve the quality or availability of cyber security professionals in Australia.

The program is offering up to $3 million on a 50:50 matching funding basis to eligible organisation partnerships which have a project that will:

  • improve the quality or quantity of cyber security professionals in Australia, including increased participation of women

  • improve collaboration between industry and the education sector

  • support industry and academia to build Australia’s future pipeline of skilled cyber security professionals

Collaborative partnerships may include industry associations, higher education and vocational eduction providers, secondary schools, local and state governments and businesses.

Closing date for applications: 11 March 2021
